I read this book based on someone else's suggestion and I can say that I am glad I read it. This is an awesome book but the only reason why I gave it 4 of 5 stars is because of the Price. It felt like something I had read before and I didn’t like how passive Ember was. It served my purpose, but for anyone who wants to read the book in English, I would look for a better, more modern translation. This book was exciting and very entertaining. When I first read this book, I understood the message of the book but I failed to grasp the depth of the message. I know most of us can't afford to drop everything and move to Himalayas. So the other best option is to learn and practice most of the practices at home with the support of a live master...
